We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Peak Wellness Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original, unopened packaging with seals intact
• In resalable condition
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Body Wash and personal hygiene products
• Deodorant products

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our Wellness Support Team within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Receive Return Authorization and shipping instructions

4. Allow 5-7 business days for return processing after we receive your items

5.4 Refund Information

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after return approval, appears on your statement within 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after return approval, reflects in your account within 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for replacement items.
