Returns & Exchanges Policy

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unopened packaging with seals intact
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned once opened:
- Body Creams & Lotions (including Brazilian Bum Bum Cream and other body care products)
- Body Wash and personal hygiene products
- Deodorant products
- Gummies and consumable wellness supplements
- Opened Fragrance products
